How much does it cost to subscribe?

It costs $9.95 per month, charged to the credit card you signed up with through Pay Pal on the same day every month.

I signed up and created a password for Realdawg, but after I got done submitting my information to Pay Pal, I cannot login to Realdawg.

You might be trying to use the login information you used when creating your Pay Pal account - which is independent from Realdawg.com. Although we use Pay Pal because it is the most secure e-commerce server in the world, it is still our site's "Bank" so to speak - and it is separate. When you create a Realdawg.com password, THAT is the only password that will work for you when you are on the website.

I got all of this e-mail from Pay Pal after I signed up, is it OK for me to delete it?

No, absolutely not. Please print out a copy of any e-mail correspondence you received from Pay Pal and Realdawg.com after you signed up, you will need this information in the future if you wish to make changes to your account.

I keep being asked for my password and don't know what I am doing wrong, what is causing this?

I need to update my credit card information, how would I go about doing that?

You must login to your Pay Pal account (which you created when you joined Realdawg.com) in order to do this type of update - Realdawg.com staff cannot do this for you.

I love the site, but can't subscribe right now. I already signed up so how do I cancel?

Canceling can be done by logging into your Pay Pal account (see question 4 above) and choosing to cancel your Realdawg.com subscription. We receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation and your name and account are deactivated by us. If you have lost or misplaced your Pay Pal information, you can contact Pay Pal by calling 1-888-221-1161.

I tried to cancel but am still getting billed. Is it because I signed up with someone else's name?

You MUST sign up both for Realdawg.com and Pay Pal with the same name - the name which appears on the credit card. This way, if you do cancel or make changes to your account information those changes will be recorded across the board. If you use two different names, those changes cannot be made, and if you are trying to cancel, that cancellation will not be completed.

IMPORTANT: Realdawg.com and its staff will report any suspicions of Credit Card theft to Pay Pal for investigation.
