Problem: I went through the Pay Pal and it is now asking me to verify my account, it is also not letting me log back into Realdawg.com. It has taken my credit card information, but won't accept the three-digit code on the back of the card, help!

Solution: Pay Pal is unique in that it gives each customer second and third chances to create an account even if - for some reason - they are unable to immediately verify the credit card info.  They ask for a three digit security number on the back of the card, and sometimes, this can cause users to get hung up. Why? We don't always know, but in the meantime they give customers another chance to create an account.  What they do is ask you to become "Verified" - meaning that they can make direct contact with the bank that your credit card is drawn off of, and then they make two small deposits into that account and ask you to verify that those transactions were made and what the amount was.  This way, they've verified your account and you can now proceed in purchasing using Pay Pal on the net. It can take up to a 2 to 3 business days, however, for this process to be complete - but the good news is that gives users another chance to purchase even if their credit card isn't accepted for whatever reason.  We know it sounds confusing - but as security on the net tightens up, these things get a little more detailed. At the end of the day, it's all for your protection.  And as we said, this is giving you a chance to sign up even if you aren't able to get your card to go through, which is something that our competitors don't do.
