Thank you for subscribing to Realdawg.com, we want your experience with us to be as top notch as can be, for that reason - we've established the following guidelines which you, by becoming a subscriber of Realdawg.com, agree to:
Subscriptions
Subscribers are responsible for paying their subscription fees, as defined in their original subscription agreement. The subscriber thereby authorizes Realdawg.com's e-commerce solutions partners to charge his/her card, whether it be debit or credit, or their bank account, in order to pay for their ongoing cost of subscription services. If Realdawg.com makes amendments or other changes to the original subscription plans a subscriber signed up for, we will notify that customer via e-mail within 2 days of such change. Unless otherwise stated, subscribers will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the original term, and then continually thereafter, unless that customer notifies Pay Pal within 48 hours prior to renewal. When termination is requested, there is no refund for any unused portion of the current subscription package. Realdawg.com and it's Account Services representatives cannot cancel any customer's account for that customer unless that customer calls Pay Pal's Customer Support line and supplies security information which would allow us to make such changes to their account, otherwise, we encourage customer to make changes and/or cancellations online. Subscribers may not transfer or assign their subscription to any other person or entity at any time.
Free Trials
Realdawg.com occasionally will offer free trial memberships as a promotional service. If a subscriber signs up for a trial membership, he/she will not be able to use any other future trials. Furthermore, if a subscriber of a trial membership does not cancel their subscription within the time allotted (within 24 hours of the last day of the trial period) Realdawg.com will automatically take that to mean that the customer wishes to prolong their trial period and begin a regular subscription. Realdawg.com will then automatically begin to bill their credit/debit card for the remainder of the 30 day billing cycle.
Forums
Realdawg.com defines Customer Forums as Message Boards, Chats, site Radio Shows, or other forms of Fan Online Interaction which takes place on Realdawg.com.
These forums are offered to site subscribers only, unless otherwise specified. By agreeing to these Terms upon subscribing to Realdawg.com, you also agree to the Standards of Conduct which we encourage and abide by with regards to use of such Forums. Those include, but are not limited to:
1. No defaming, libelous or slanderous statements, accusations made against other users, private and public citizens, or Realdawg.com employees and strategic partners.
2. No derogatory statements or harassment of any individuals based on their race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, social status, disability, or any other individual circumstances or ethnic and cultural background.
3. Posts which we find offensive may be edited and/or deleted at any time by staff without notice.
4. Users who fail to abide by these Standards can have their Forum Rights revoked without notice, regardless of whether or not they are a paying customer or not. In such cases, they will still continue to be charged as paying customers, regardless of whether they are not able to use the Forums unless they specifically cancel their subscription.
5. Realdawg.com does not tolerate spam on boards and will remove any spam which is posted immediately. We also do not allow 3rd party venders to market their products on our boards without our written consent and will remove those posts immediately.
6. Prospective Student Athletes are highly discouraged from posting or taking part in our Forums per NCAA Guidelines pertaining to online communications.
7. Any abusive, vulgar, or threatening behavior and language will not be tolerated.
8. We cannot be held responsible for any slanderous remarks on our board which we are not aware of. If you see any misuse under this agreement on our board which is not addressed within 24 hours, please e-mail us at realdawg@realdawg.com immediately.
9. We reserve the right to remove any subscriber's Forum rights at any time with or without an explanation, which we are not under any obligation to disclose.
10. It is understood that the Realdawg.com Forums are for entertainment purposes only and are not or should not be confused with matters of public record or news services.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL REALDAWG.COM AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS, REALDAWG.COM, PARTNERS, SPONSORS, OR OTHER ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RIVALS OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND NOTICES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS SITE AND ITS RELATED SERVICES.

The material in the VIP Access areas is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Realdawg.com allows subscribers to print out one copy of an article, premium or not, for their own private, non-commercial use.
